That’s my mom and me back in 2012 when I had bangs and silky, smooth hair (thanks, Brazilian Blowout!) and she had…a variation of the same hairstyle she has now. We won’t be spending Mother’s Day together on Sunday because we live 1,500 miles apart, but I’ll be seeing her at the end of the month on our family vacation.
My mom lived with us for six weeks starting just before Asa was born, and we would not have survived the newborn stage with so few battle wounds without her help. Love you, Mom!
