Levi turned 7 weeks old yesterday! He smiles, coos and gurgles more frequently now. He also spits up and passes loud, rumbling gas. And he’s still waking up twice to eat during the night. I think it’s time I hunker down and read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child, which has been recommended to me by several friends. I love my baby guy, but his sleep schedule (or lack thereof) is literally wearing me down. I feel like a zombie!
What book/program/advice did you follow to help your baby start sleeping for longer chunks during the night?
