Getting in the St. Patrick’s Day Spirit

March 14, 2013

Six easy St. Patrick's Day DIYs on bunnyanddolly.com

Painting my nails with a shimmering green polish called “Rags to Riches” the other night must have put me in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit because I’ve been feeling excited by so many creative shamrock crafts. Granted, the most celebratory thing I’ll likely do for St. Paddy’s Day is buy myself a McDonald’s Shamrock Shake, but perhaps I’ll dress it up with an easy straw topper…

Here are some of my favorite St. Patrick’s Day projects from around the web. I like them because they look easy!

DIY four-leaf clover stamps made from toilet paper rolls (This could be a great toddler activity!)

The easiest St. Patrick’s Day garland

Lucky clover barrette

Homemade shamrock shake

Four-leaf clover straw toppers

Felt shamrock clip

That reminds me… I need to buy a box of Lucky Charms cereal!  Starting the day with bowl of colorful marshmallows will be the second way I celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Cute ideas! I got my little guy a St. Pat’s onesie and we painted shamrocks on the front window with finger paint yesterday to get in the spirit! Can’t wait til Sunday!
