change is coming!

I am equally excited by and terrified of change. I love the idea of new possibilities surrounding a fresh start, but I can’t escape my fear of the unknown.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been contemplating giving Bunny & Dolly a face lift, but for many months I was afraid to act on my ideas. My mind was plagued with doubts: Would I find a designer whose work I admired and who I could actually afford? Could I commit to a new logo and layout? Was my blog even important enough to warrant this type of investment?

Turns out, the answer to all of my questions was YES. First and foremost, I decided that even if nobody but my family reads my blog (which is actually not true at all), I wanted to make Bunny & Dolly a brighter and more cheerful space for me. After all, I spend a lot of time here! Then I crossed paths with a talented graphic designer who understood my aesthetic and was willing to hold my hand through the process.

The result? Well, you’ll have to wait until Friday! That’s when Bunny & Dolly will be debuting it’s new and improved look! You guys, I’m so excited! I’m also a little bit terrified because I have some big announcements that I want to share with you, starting with this one: Bunny & Dolly is now welcoming sponsors!

Yes, I’m opening up the blog to advertisers. I’m interested in working with small and indie businesses, and my rates will reflect that. If you think you’d be a good fit or would like more information, please email me – bunnyanddolly at gmail dot com.
